Because We Get Fancy From Time To Time: Seared Raw Prosciutto Crudo with Red Wine Reduction

WARNING: This is not a very Beastly post; Which is why I did not bother to make a video. This is more like Midnight Snack Bastard.

Sometimes it’s good to have that I-just-blew-$40-0n-an-appetizer feeling without actually doing it

This was my first red wine reduction, and I put way too many onions in; and used way too much olive oil. It still tasted very good, and I took my time eating it. I most likely will not spend the effort for such a small snack anytime soon.
